EVENT IS FREE AND OPEN TO ALL. ALL ATTENDEES MUST PRESENT TICKET AT DOOR. By claiming this free ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
This event may include optional active activities such as boxing, Pilates, running, and other fitness-based experiences, as well as a high-energy music and social environment.
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and being present at the event, including the risk of injury, loss, or other incidents.
You agree to release and hold harmless FYT Gym, Waves Water, COREPOWER YOGA, and parties related, plus any affiliated partners, venues, or collaborators from any liability, claims, or damages arising from your attendance or participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Participation in all activities is voluntary, and you are responsible for your own physical condition and level of involvement.
