RETURN and exchange POLICY

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Free from stains, odors, and visible wear or damage

  • Returned with original tags and packaging (if available)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked "Final Sale"

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Limited edition drops marked as non-returnable

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@drinkwaveswater.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return or exchange

  • A photo of the item (if it arrived damaged or incorrect)

We will respond within 2-5 business days with instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your return does not meet our policy conditions, it will be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, based on product availability.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us via info@drinkwaveswater.com

  • Include your order number and the item you’d like in exchange

If your desired item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@drinkwaveswater.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

International Orders

All international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
